Located on pristine Fourth Lake of the Fulton Chain of Lakes, in Old Forge, New York, North Woods Inn & Resort is a Resort For All Seasons. Our LAKEFRONT resort offers hotel/motel rooms and cabins. North Woods Inn & Resort offers a great room where guests can gather to enjoy our fireplace or meet up before dinner at either The Lakefront Mountaineer Restaurant or the Lakeside Tap Room. Come enjoy the beautiful Fall Foliage the Adirondack Region has to offer.
Whether you are planning a weekend getaway, a long vacation, family reunion, wedding, anniversary, birthday or shower, our experienced staff can work with you to make your time with us as pleasurable and worry free as possible.
We have plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers in winter and party guests in summer. We also offer 17 boat slips so our guests can travel by boat or bring their boat with them when coming for a visit along with boat rentals available nearby. We also have an outdoor heated swimming pool and a sandy, lakefront beach for the kids and adults to enjoy.
We also offer an American plan that can include all your required meals during the length of your stay. Packages are available with some of our local attractions and golf courses, as well as with outfitters and licensed NYS guides.
Groups, Business, Corporate Retreats of all kinds are welcome. Please call for our packages and rates.

- Extra rollaway beds available for $15.00 additional.
- All Rooms are Non-Smoking.
- No smoking except in designated areas.
- In accordance with the cancellation policy of NWI, if it becomes necessary to cancel or change this reservation, you must do so fifteen (15) days prior to your scheduled arrival date shown above to receive a full refund. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. No refunds, credits or changes will be issued if cancellation is received within fifteen (15) days prior to date of arrival.
